The SpamScore header is for simplified filtering: the number of esses
is the same as the score.

The word "spam" just reflects that the score is more than the
suggested starting threshold of 10 -- it doesn't relate to the user's
threshold and doesn't have any effect.

The word "SpamAssassin" relates to which of MailScanner's anti-spam
features this header is about. MailScanner also supports DNS and email
address blacklists, but it's more efficient for us to do that
filtering in Exim.

The part in brackets gives the score as a number, the meaningless
threshold of 10, and the list of features that SpamAssassin found in
the message.
