2hermes warns if you have lots of saved email on CUS.
This warning occurs at 80MB of email if your account is on new Hermes.

If you run 2hermes before you have been moved to the new system,
the trigger point is at 8MB which is much easier to reach.
It's best to wait until you get the confirmation message.

If you have problems with uploading, you can always re-run 2hermes.
